Lead Pastor Nathan Phillips

Nathan and Taylor grew up in Belle Plaine and are excited to continue advancing the Gospel here and in the surrounding area by spreading the love of Jesus and sharing the truth of the Gospel in the community. Nathan and Taylor have been happily married since 2015, and they have two children.

Pastor Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree In Pastoral Leadership and Biblical Studies and a Master’s of Divinity from Crown College. He is licensed and ordained with the Christian & Missionary Alliance. In addition, he is an Oblate Brother of the Order of Preachers (A.K.A The Anglican Dominicans) a community that has been dedicated to the deep contemplation and proclamation of the Gospel since 1216AD when it arose in response to heretical teachings in France.


Associate Pastor Colten Pausch

Pastor Colten grew up in Vergas, Minnesota. Colten did a high school internship at his home church and, during that time, felt his call to ministry. While in college, Colten met Abby, and they have been married since 2021. They have one child. Colten oversees the Youth ministry at River Rock Church.

Colten holds a bachelor’s degree in Youth and Family Ministry from Crown College and is pursuing his Master’s in Christian Studies. He is licensed with the Christian & Missionary Alliance.
