- Do This in Remembrance of Me 08/08/2021 12:00 AMDo This in Remembrance of MeAt the very first communion service Jesus said “Do this in remembrance of Me.” Communion is a time of remembering. This Sunday as we gather come and learn about the importance of not only remembering but proclaiming what Jesus has done for us and in our lives. We will share in communion, but we also want to have a time of sharing with each other How Jesus has impacted our lives. Sharing our memories to encourage others as we live out our faith as testimony of His love for us. Pastor Dan Jetto. #RiverRockChurchMN
- When God Says Wait 08/01/2021 5:00 PMIn our world of instant everything, even the slightest delays, the least bit of waiting can cause people to lose it. But in Acts chapter 1 – Jesus told his disciples to go to Jerusalem. . . and wait for the Father’s promise. Waiting is sometimes necessary, it is sometimes therapeutic, it gives us time to listen, reflect, and grow. Come and learn with us how we can find peace, joy and growth when God says “wait.” Pastor Dan Jetto. #RiverRockChurchMN
- A WELL Life is full of Faith, Friends and Farewells (2 Cor 13:11) 07/24/2021 7:00 PMListen to "A WELL Life is full of Faith, Friends and Farewells" Pastor Chris’ last message as the Pastor of River Rock Church. As we follow Jesus on the narrow road of life He leads us to various places to grow in faith, serve Him and to learn from the experiences. Some people live in the same place all their lives while others move around for new jobs, education, opportunities, or even better weather. Some feel forced to move because of circumstances beyond their control or to stay close to a loved one. One of the most stressful and most spiritually open times in someone’s life is when they move to a new place they are not familiar with. A W.E.L.L. Life centers around Worshiping, Encouraging. Learning and Loving. That kind of life is blessed by the Lord and can lead to great friendships and ministry opportunities. You may share life with a friend nearby for weeks, months or years but even when they must move away you can still stay connected. Farewells can be sad, sometimes they make others glad, but they do not all have to be bad. Pray for that person or family who God is sending out to a new place, on a new adventure, to serve Him in a new way, to possibly help some other people experience that same kind of friendship and a W.E.L.L. Life. Be encouraged to have faith to follow Jesus wherever He leads you or your friends. Pastor Chris Teien. #RiverRockChurchMN
- Five Keys to Getting your Needs Met (Phil 4:13-23) 07/17/2021 8:00 PMThe Apostle Paul ends his letter to the Philippians with some great promises for us to claim when we are in need. We love to claim Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." If you look at the context of the paragraph it appears this is a conditional promise for those that have been faithful to give. What else does God's Word say to us when we are seeking His help to meet our needs? Listen to find out and be encouraged to remember the Five Keys to Getting your Needs Met. Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN

- Experiencing True Freedom in Christ (Gal 5:1) 07/03/2021 8:00 PMTrue Freedom in Christ is based on what Jesus has already done and not only for the few who seem to do everything right. When we place our faith in the Savior we are adopted into God’s family with all the security and benefits that brings. Life is better when we live in His grace instead of religious legalism. We also remember the America’s ideal of a nation under God and the freedoms we still enjoy are worth celebrating. Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN

Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN
- Faith that Survives the Fire* 06/20/2021 2:00 AMIn the book of Daniel there is an event in which three men, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, are thrown into a fire because of their refusal to bow to the King’s demand to worship him. The threat of a painful death at the hands of men did not deter their stand for God. In fact their “faith” saved them. Come join us as we learn about the power of faith in a believer’s life. Faith that can sustain us even in the fire. Pastor Dan Jetto #RiverRockChurchMN

Let us encourage you to keep trusting God on the Adventure of life. #RiverRockChurchMN Pastor Chris Teien
- Onward Christian Soldier 05/29/2021 1:00 AMIt’s Memorial Day weekend – a time to remember those who have given their lives fighting for our peace and freedom. The Bible says that Christians are to be like soldiers to accomplish Jesus our commander’s mission. We protect and fight with His power, armor and weapons. We sacrifice the temporary things of this world and may even give our lives in the battle but there are eternal rewards given to the faithful. Listen and be encouraged to keep pushing onward Christian soldier! Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN

- A Time for Everything 05/09/2021 1:00 AMTime. How are you spending the precious time you are allotted? Who has God put in your life to spend time with and care for? What does God Word teach us about investing our time wisely? How does God reward us when we prioritize time with Him? This is a great topic for Mother’s Day and we realize that while many of have been blessed by their mother’s time, some have never been given the opportunity to be that child or have children. Watch this message and be encouraged to value the different aspects and seasons of your life while making the most of your time. Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN
- Lord Have Mercy - How God Reveals His Love for Us 05/01/2021 10:00 PMWhen the blinders come off and we are able to see our lost and sinful condition in stark contrast to God’s purity and holiness we feel hopeless and helpless. There is nothing we can do on our own to fix our desperate condition, except cry out “Lord have Mercy!” Mercy is more than just God not treating us as our sins deserve. God in His mercy chooses not to keep record of our sin instead showing us love and helping us in our time of need. Be encouraged to experience and share God’s mercies which are new every morning. Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN

- Regrets Undone? 03/28/2021 1:00 AMMany people go through life with a deep sense of regret over something they did or did not do. This Palm Sunday we remember those people with high expectations who praised Jesus as he rode into Jerusalem. Days later the mob would regretfully cry out for Jesus to be crucified. Peter swore he would not deny Jesus and but then regrettably swore three times that he didn't know Jesus. Peter was one of Jesus closest disciples but he went as far as saying "I never knew the man." Jesus came back and helped Peter undo that regret and He can do the same for us. Jesus offers forgiveness and a fresh start to those who want Him too. Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN

Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN
- The Incredible Value of the Local Authentic Church 02/27/2021 10:00 PMWhy do we go to church? The Covid shutdowns showed us all that internet church can be inspiring and convenient. And that there are churches far away from home that have even better music and messages we can comfortably watch online so why do we need to be bothered with the authentic local church? Then again we have had TV Church available for over 50 years and that didn’t fully meet our needs. Is there more to church than being a spectator and downloading information? Watch or listen to be encouraged to see The Incredible Value of the Local Authentic Church. Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN
- Stories and Scripture to Show How Revenge may not bring Satisfaction (1 Cor 13:5-6) 02/20/2021 10:00 PMSome people just get us so angry that we want to cause them to feel some of the pain and problems they have caused us. We might even stay awake at night planning what we are going to do to get our revenge. I Corinthians 13:5-6 lists five reasons why Christians are to choose to forgive instead of retaliate because love: "... does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth." And if vengeance is due - God says we are to leave that to Him to deal with. Mishandling your anger towards others can often harm you more than anyone else. That's what this weekends encouraging message topic is about. Listen and be encouraged to act in love and put aside the anger and hate. Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN

- Pressing on to Win the Prize (Phil 3.10-14) 02/02/2020 11:00 PMLife is difficult. Not only do we struggle with personal, school and work issues but we are also involved in a spiritual battle that can make us want to give up. The Apostle Paul’s instructions to the Church in Philippi was to press on and keep their eyes on the Heavenly prize. Listen and be encouraged to keep pressing on through the hard times, the comfortable times and all those times that don’t go as you had hoped. Pastor Chris Teien
- The Church Jesus Builds 01/26/2020 11:00 PMJesus said, “I will build my church and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.” The church is called the bride of Christ and most of God’s plan to save the world involves the church so why would we miss out on that. Jesus wants us to be connected to Him worshiping, encouraging, learning and loving as we share life with one another. When you aren’t plugged into a local church you miss out on relationships that could benefit you, the local community and the Kingdom of God. Be encouraged to value church the way Jesus does and see what He intended the church to become and accomplish. Pastor Chris Teien
- Afterlife: Where will you be One Minute After You Die? 01/19/2020 11:00 PM[Part 2 of 2] Most of us expect to enjoy long lives but there is no guarantee that our time here on earth won’t be cut short. God has created us to live somewhere for eternity – where will you be one minute after you die? What assurance do you have that you will go to be with Jesus in heaven? Listen and be encouraged to live for Jesus and confidently die expecting Jesus will welcome you to your heavenly home. Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN
- Afterlife: What Jesus Revealed about Heaven and Hell 01/12/2020 11:00 PM[Part 1 of 2] Jesus came down from Heaven to teach us how to live and pay the penalty for our sins. He had three years of public ministry to teach us whatever He thought was important for us to know and it appears He thought it was imperative we know the truth about Heaven and Hell. Many people want to avoid thinking or talking about Hell because it is terrifying. What you believe about the afterlife will affect your life choices and how you approach death. Listen to be encouraged to be confident about your reservation in Heaven and get motivated to help others cancel their reservation in Hell. Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN
- Those Who Almost Committed Suicide; How Life Changed because they Kept Living (Acts 16:31) 01/05/2020 6:00 PMLife circumstances, hopelessness and extreme depression can lead people to look for ways to check out of this life. God forbids murder – suicide is self-murder. Jesus offers hope, help and forgiveness and can empower you/them to keep living. In Acts 16 the Philippian jailer thought the prisoners he was responsible for had escaped and out of fear was about to fall on his sword until someone convinced him to stop because it was going to be OK. Many people, even pastors, are cutting their lives short and leaving a trail of pain and loss for all those who cared about them. Listen and be encouraged and equipped through God’s Word plus hear amazing testimonies of those who kept living. - Seven Re-Commitments for a Blessed New Year (2 Cor 5:17) 12/29/2019 8:00 PMFor some the New Year is nothing more than a calendar change and life goes on just like it did last year. Others make “impossible” New Year’s resolutions that fizzle out within a few months. The Bible has some very encouraging advice to help us live a new life in Christ and experience blessings in the New Year. Listen and be encouraged to leave your past failures behind and strategically renew your commitment to seven areas of victory and blessing for 2020 - Pastor Chris Teien #RiverRockChurchMN
- Jesus, The Blessing of God With Us 12/15/2019 8:00 PMListen and learn about the blessings that God has for us as he continues to be our Immanuel. When the apostle Matthew wrote about Jesus’ birth He quotes Isaiah, “Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel, which means ‘God is with us.” Jesus the Creator of the Universe, chose to be born as a baby, to the poorest of the poor. The King of Kings came so that he could live with us, with the plan that He would provide a way for us to come live with Him for eternity. He promises to never leave us or forsake us, in fact He placed His Holy Spirit within us and God is still with us today. - Pastor Dan Jetto
- Jesus, the Birthday made for Celebrating 12/08/2019 11:00 PMNo one really knows the exact day Jesus was born but our churches and culture have chosen December 25th as the day to celebrate His birth. It was the day that God became a man, then lived among us, paid off our sin debt, gave us a job to do, went back up to Heaven and promised to return at the perfect time. Jesus is God and He is worthy of our worship and our gifts. It seems odd that people have become more focused on family, food, football and financing gifts for each other (or themselves) then focusing on the true gift of Jesus. Be encouraged to not let this Christmas season pass by without putting Jesus first and sharing Him with others. Pastor Chris Teien
- Jesus, The Treasure of Christmas 12/01/2019 10:00 PMListen and be encouraged to experience, ponder, celebrate and share Jesus the treasure we in Jesus this Christmas season and all year round. From Luke 2:15-20 - Pastor Chris Teien
- Thankful, Grateful and Blessed 11/24/2019 11:00 PMPeople who are truly Thankful will take time to show their gratitude. We who are experiencing the unending love and undeserved grace of Jesus should take time to express that as we come together on Sunday morning to worship the Lord at church. A.W. Tozer wrote about why we should be thankful, “…Most precious of all, is the friendship and communion of Jesus. He is the friend that sticks closer than a brother and He has assured us that He will never leave us nor forsake us. Let this knowledge keep us ever thankful. We dare not take Jesus for granted. His love alone should keep the flame of our gratitude at white heat until that day when we shall be presented to the Father with exceeding joy.” Confident faith and true life in Jesus will lead us to be Thankful, Grateful and Blessed. Listen as we look at reasons and ways to experience joy in Thanks-giving from the Bible - Pastor Chris Teien
- When God calls you to Rescue them (Jude 23) 11/17/2019 11:00 PMIt wasn’t that long ago that following Jesus was welcome in our culture but that is now changing at an alarming rate. Jesus half-brother Jude wrote under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to instruct us how to live in these difficult last days. In Jude 1:23 he writes: “Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment…” which means God may call on us to help rescue others and live our lives as Jesus intended. It’s difficult and risky but it is also eternally significant and rewarding. Listen and be encouraged to help people escape the eternal flames and from the raging river of culture trying to pull people away from God. - Pastor Chris Teien
- Blessed are the Pure in Heart (Dr. Ken Castor) 11/11/2019 1:00 AMIn such a complex world, what does it look like to have a pure heart? Can we raise a future generation with a pure heart? How do we respond to hurt/corruption in the world with a pure heart? Jesus said, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.” (Matthew 5:8 NIV). In our distracted, divisive, anxious-ridden society, fixing our gaze on God may just produce the integrity and uncompromised desires that we all desperately need. Guest Dr Ken Castor.
- Maturing into Child Like Faith 11/03/2019 10:00 PMJesus said: “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven.” Some say it is a call to a child-like faith, but this is not an immature or childish faith, it is a relational faith. Listen as we explore the deeper meaning of Jesus’ statement as He calls us to love, trust and live in forever awe of the God who loves us without measure. Pastor Dan Jetto
- The Best is Yet to Come when Jesus Returns! 10/27/2019 9:00 PMWhile people like to argue the exact timing and details of Jesus return, the Bible is abundantly clear that Jesus is going to return and make all that is wrong in the world right. Whatever you are struggling with, know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if you are a Christ-follower then the best is yet to come. Listen as we look at Revelation chapter 20 and other passages to see what is clearly revealed in Scripture about Jesus agenda for the future of people and the earth we inhabit.- Pastor Chris Teien.
- Rewards for Serving Jesus 10/20/2019 8:00 PMIt’s amazing and inspiring to know that not only are we able to experience blessings now through Christ, but that the Bible repeatedly says we can earn eternal rewards for the way we live out our lives. It seems abundantly clear that some will have more in eternity than others based on the way they currently choose to serve Jesus and invest their treasure in Heaven. In Revelation 22:12 (NIV) Jesus says, “Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done.” Listen and be encouraged to acquire some of the rewards that have been revealed and learn how you earn them. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Conquering Depression 10/13/2019 10:00 PMMaybe you struggle with sadness and depression. Sometimes it is easy to identify the reason you are depressed sometimes we are depressed for no known reason. If we want to show Jesus love and encourage people it is important for us to get help if we are suffering and be ready to help those around who are depressed. Relief doesn’t always come immediately and sometimes God uses medication and Christian counseling to bring healing. Listen be encouraged to find help for your needs and become a resource to help others as we see how Jesus help us conquer depression. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Dealing with Life’s Disappointments 10/06/2019 9:00 PMGod has given us the real life stories of people in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible to teach us how to live with faith as we ride the roller-coaster of life. Just about everyone’s life is full of victories and disappointments, divine encouragement and evil discouragement, hope to keep us going or despair to cause us to quit. Sometimes we are disappointed by the result of our own choices and other times through no fault of our own. Jesus purchased and promises our salvation and He can give you the strength to overcome your hardship and pain. Pastor Chris Teien.
- When You Need Jesus to Heal You 09/29/2019 10:00 PMThe blind beggar in Luke 18 is a great example of how we should request and respond to Jesus healing us. Miracles still happen today and the Bible shows us how we can ask for physical, emotional and spiritual healing. While we all will die sometime and the Lord doesn’t always choose to heal everyone we should pray and pursue divine healing because Scripture says it’s available through Jesus. Listen be encouraged to grow in faith and knowledge of how Jesus our Healer is at work today. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Knowing you are Secure in Jesus our Savior 09/15/2019 10:00 PMGrow deeper in faith and get better equipped to serve by looking at what the Bible says about the Fourfold Gospel of Christ. This five-part series will encourage you to embrace and proclaim Jesus as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer and Coming King. [Part 1 of 5]. Pastor Chris Teien.
- When Jesus called 911 09/08/2019 10:00 PMIn an emergency, when time is of the essence, compassionate people jump in to save those that they can, but at the same time call for help so that as many as possible can be rescued. In Matthew 9 Jesus sees the multitudes harassed and helpless, in need of compassion and grace. He recognizes the time is short as are the resources. He tells his followers to “Ask the Lord of the Harvest therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.” This was Jesus version of asking His disciples to call 911 so that God would dispatch more workers to help rescue those who were perishing. Listen and learn how we can become first responders for Jesus, casting out life-lines to those in need. From Matthew 9:35-38. Pastor Dan Jetto.
- God Rewards Good Work 09/01/2019 7:00 PMFor most of us work consumes the greatest portion of our lives. God gave us work as a gift and even warns us that if a person doesn’t work they shouldn’t eat. God can help you at work and reward you for your efforts. Your work truly does matter to God. Listen and be encouraged to grow in your faith and effectiveness at work. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Improve Your Prayer Life and Experience God (James 5:13-20) 08/25/2019 11:00 PMThink about all the incredible prayer promises and detailed method given to us in the Bible. Different types of prayer to encompass all of life. Some people pray for others but they won’t pray for their own needs and desires – some people can’t seem to move beyond asking God for their own wants when they pray. James chapter 5 has a lot to say about praying. Listen and be encouraged to see the opportunity before you to help change the world and please the Lord through your prayer life. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Patiently waiting for Jesus to Return? (James 5:7-12) 08/18/2019 10:00 PMThe greatest day ever will be when Jesus returns - unless you haven't put your faith in Him. Jesus said He was coming back but He didn't specify when. The more we grow in our faith the more we long to see Jesus face to face. Life can get difficult when we are trying to live out His will for our lives and it can lead to hardships and conflicts. In James chapter 5 we are given some encouraging Scriptures to help us when it is difficult to patiently await Jesus return. Listen and be encouraged to use our remaining time wisely while we expectantly prepare for Jesus to come back. Pastor Chris Teien.
- When Your Money is Not Enough (James 5:1-6) 08/11/2019 6:00 PMJust about everyone dreams about how much better their life would be if they only had more money and some people spend their entire lives pursuing more wealth. The Bible has a lot to say about money and the wise ways to use it for a more fulfilling life. James warns those who think they will find joy and security in their riches. Listen and be encouraged to trust Jesus and grow in faith because your money is not enough. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Count on Life's Unpredictable Timing (James 4:11-17) 08/04/2019 6:00 PMWhile it’s easy to be happy and trust God while everything is working out according to our plans, mature Christ-followers count on life’s unpredictable timing and keep walking with Jesus even when it seems like life is falling apart. James helps us put our lives in perspective when he says, “Now listen, you who say, “’Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.’ Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes” in James 4:13-14 (NIV). Listen and be encouraged to see how God can help you grow and be more effective fulfilling His purpose for your life when you are flexible with your plans and let Jesus lead you on this crazy adventure we call life. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Help for Inner Conflicts and Angry Outbursts (James 4:1-10) 07/28/2019 7:00 PMThe Bible gives warnings and offers strategies to help us keep our inner anger from raging before we blow up relationships and destroy our reputation. Listen and be encouraged to find peace for those inner conflicts and avoid giving into to those angry outbursts. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Wisdom Don’t Live Life Without It (James 3:13-18) 07/14/2019 7:00 PMTrue Wisdom is more than knowledge gained by life experience – it is also insight and strategies straight from God who created us and knows the best way for us live. In James 3:13-18 we get a glimpse of how wise people think and act, “If you are wise and understand God’s ways, prove it by living an honorable life, doing good works with the humility that comes from wisdom…” Listen and be encouraged to pursue the pure wisdom of the Lord and live it out for God’s glory, your benefit and the good of all those around you. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Control Your Tongue Before it Ruins Your Life (James 3:1-12) 07/07/2019 6:00 PMThe Bible warns us that our words matter. James writes, “And among all the parts of the body, the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself.” (James 3:6 NLT). While words can be destructive, they can also be encouraging, edifying, educational, healing and helpful. Listen and be encouraged to control your tongue before it destroys your life. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Real Faith Works - Put your Faith in Action (James 2:14-26) 06/30/2019 10:00 PMWe know that we can’t do enough good deeds to get ourselves into Heaven, instead we repent and give our lives to Jesus to be saved and experience eternal life with Him. Some people think that faith is all that is required in the Christian life, but James makes it very clear that if you truly have faith it will be evident by the good deeds you do. Some complain that New Testament writers Paul and James contradict each other when it comes to faith and works when they actually complement one-another’s teachings. Listen and be encouraged that real faith works. Pastor Chris Teien.
- The Short-Sightedness of Prejudice and Favoritism (James 2:1-13) 06/23/2019 7:00 PMIf we are not careful it is easy to discount the value of people that are not like us or to give preference to rich and influential people over the poor and unknown. It must have been a problem in the early church too since James took time to warn them against doing that in the church and it is a relevant message for us today. When we learn to see people the way God sees them, we will enjoy greater relationships and be better able show Christ-like love. Some awesome people have made life commitments that make them seem poor, some who seem rich are miserably in debt and none of us choose our true skin color. Be encouraged to connect with all the people God brings across your path and see the great potential you both share together in Jesus. Pastor Chris Teien.
- Valuing and Encouraging Christian Fathers 06/16/2019 8:00 PMChristian fathers have an important role to play in their child’s life including being a provider, protector, promoter and prayer warrior. While Christian fathers are often taken for granted and sometimes don’t adequately fulfill their parenting duties we must encourage them and remember Christian parenting is a spiritual battle. The only perfect father is God our Heavenly Father and He loves you and wants the best for you. Pastor Chris Teien.
- You are Invited Too* (Matt 11:28) 06/09/2019 11:00 PMAre you feeling burdened, overwhelmed by life, frustrated by what our world has to offer? Jesus invites us to come to Him and find rest in Matthew 11:28. Listen to find how you can experience this rest and other blessings available if we will answer Jesus’ call to come to Him. Pastor Dan Jetto
- Saved from an Empty Life (1 Peter 1:18-19) 06/02/2019 6:00 PMThe most important and incredible event everyone needs is to have Jesus save them and fill their lives with hope and meaning. Maybe it’s easy to look back and see how empty your life would be without Jesus and you need to share that hope. Maybe today you feel empty even though you have a relationship with Jesus and need help. Maybe your life is filled with yourself and you give no room for Jesus. Listen and be encouraged that when Jesus saves you He will lead you and give you an opportunity to experience a full and satisfying life. Pastor Chris Teien
- God uses imPerfect Heroes (John15:13) 05/26/2019 9:00 PMGod often uses flawed people to accomplish His plans. Often heroes are remembered for one act or season of sacrifice that helped or saved others while others are heroes for investing their lives to bring peace and provisions. Jesus is the perfect hero who can work through you despite your shortcomings. You may not think you have much to offer or you may think you have made too many mistakes to be hero but listen and be encouraged to put faith into action and become someones hero even if you are imperfect.
- Valuing Biblical Marriage and Singleness (Matthew 7:24-27) 05/19/2019 11:00 PMGod our Heavenly Father has made His design for marriage between one man and one woman clear in the Scriptures He gave us through the Holy Spirit and it was even spoken directly about by Jesus our Savior. While our society seeks to redefine marriage and everyone appears to want to do whatever seems right in their own eyes, Christians ignoring God’s original design for marriage is not wise and will lead to great disappointment. Biblical singleness is even better than Biblical marriage for those God has given that gift and we are supposed to honor both of those relationships. Christians are not to be conformed to the world but transformed by renewing our minds by Word of the Lord so we will know and follow His perfect will for our lives. Listen and be encouraged to Value Biblical Marriage and Singleness and to live and teach the conservative values rooted in your Christian faith. Also be encouraged to lovingly and patiently share what you believe with those who disagree. Pastor Chris Teien
- Valuing and Encouraging Christian Mothers 05/12/2019 11:00 PMChristian mothers are priceless! Married moms, single moms, women and grandmas that step in to fill the role as mom are extremely valuable to children, families and society. Today moms are pulled in more directions than ever before and often feel discouraged as they try to do their impossible job. The Bible offers inspiration and hope for those who are interested in the mother-role for the children they have and the children they want to have. God even commands us to honor our moms! Listen and be inspired to value and encourage moms. Pastor Chris Teien
- Time is Running Out - Salvation is Near 05/05/2019 9:00 PMWhat would you change in your life if you knew time was running out for people to be saved – that the day of salvation would soon be here? When is the best time to be saved and how should we live while we are waiting for our Savior to return? Listen and be encouraged to spend your time wisely so you can be ready to enjoy the eternal salvation Jesus offers. Pastor Chris Teien
- How to Get More out of Your Bible* 04/28/2019 11:00 PMAs we look into James 1:22-25 we see several references to the Word of God, our response to His Word, and the benefits available to us. Listen as we learn how we can benefit from looking into God’s Word, finding strength to withstand those who would attempt to deceive us and the blessing and freedom that Jesus offers us. Pastor Dan Jetto
- Following Jesus for the Greatest Future 04/21/2019 9:00 PMIf you have Jesus then the seven things listed in this message will make an eternal difference in your life that will lead to the greatest future ever. This doesn’t mean your life will be trouble free or you’ll never feel lonely or disappointed, but it does mean when your life is spent you will find yourself in the winner’s circle. And the amazing thing is all Jesus has done and is doing to help you be victorious and joyful in this world. Jesus Resurrection Power is available to Transform your Life. Pastor Chris Teien
- With Jesus in Paradise 04/15/2019 12:00 AMPalm Sunday is the day we celebrate that Jesus peacefully rode into Jerusalem on a mission to save His people from the sin that holds them captive and make it possible for them to be reconciled to God. Shortly after his grand entrance Jesus was put on the cross between two sinful criminals. Jesus eventually promised one of those men on the cross next to him that he would be with Jesus in paradise. Where did Jesus go between His death and resurrection? What and where is Paradise and how can we go there, too? Listen and be encouraged to know and share the Gift of Salvation through Jesus and invite others to be saved too. Pastor Chris Teien
- Quick to Listen, Slow to Speak and Slow to Become Angry? 03/31/2019 11:00 PMEverybody seems to be so angry these days and occasionally it is OK to be angry. The Apostle Paul warned: “in your anger do not sin.” Jesus who never sinned was so angry he flipped over the tables of the money changers in the temple and chased them out with a whip. Jesus half-brother James taught, “…You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires.” James 1:19-20. There’s an old saying that is wise and true, “Anger begins with madness and ends in regret.” While it’s true that some Christ-followers are too nice, we certainly don’t honor God and fulfill His purpose for our lives by being easily angered. Listen and be encouraged to communicate and control your emotions in a way that blesses others and benefits you. Pastor Chris Teien
- Don’t Let Temptation get the Best of You 03/25/2019 12:00 AMHear ways to avoid giving into temptations that can ruin our lives. In first chapter of the book of James we learn the difference between the testing of our faith and the temptations to sin. To master temptation, you must let Christ master you. God always tests us to bring out the best; Satan tempts us to bring out the worst. Temptation comes in many forms and often at times we least expect it. You may even be tempted to not listen to this message but listen anyway. Pastor Chris Teien
- Turn your Troubles into Joy! 03/18/2019 1:00 AMEvery day our lives are filled with difficulties that can hinder our faith or help us grow deeper in faith. No matter what you are struggling with you can ask God for help and wisdom to turn your troubles into joy. We also took a few minutes to remember St. Patrick who is the only missionary that is remembered by a holiday. Pastor Chris Teien

- God Still Allows U-Turns 03/04/2019 1:00 AMEver find yourself travelling on a road knowing you were headed the wrong direction but it seemed there was no way to make a U-Turn and go the right way? Some Christians get off track and head the wrong direction thinking either God doesn’t care or thinking there’s no way to turn back now – but God does care and He can help turn your life around. Other Christians seem to lack sympathy and compassion for those headed the wrong way and don’t show the same love the Lord would want them to. Listen and be encouraged to help others (or maybe even yourself) make a U-Turn and head the direction that God knows is best for your life. Pastor Chris Teien
- How a Mustard Seed Faith can Change the World 02/25/2019 1:00 AMJesus loved to teach with parables and word pictures. While it may be hard to think about seeds when there is currently so much ice and snow on the ground, following Jesus teaching on planting seeds for a future harvest can radically change your life. One particular seed that Jesus liked to talk about was the mustard seed – that little seed that grew to become so significant. What is your spiritual potential and what are the possibilities if you had a mustard seed faith? Listen and be encouraged to grow in your faith and help change the world. Pastor Chris Teien
- Learning to Love Like Jesus* 02/18/2019 1:00 AMIn John 13 Jesus gave His disciples a new commandment to follow – to love each other the way that He loved them. Come learn what this really means, and how learning to love the way Jesus did can radically change how we look at the world and how the world looks at the Church. We are commanded to love this way. It is radical. It is revolutionary. It can be reality. Listen as we explore the exciting opportunities we have as Christ followers to change the world. Pastor Dan Jetto
- Love more than Words 02/11/2019 12:00 AMMany people wonder, “What is True Love?” To help answer that question we will look at that famous Bible passage (1 Corinthians 13) that gives us a list of what true love does and does not do. When we experience God’s love in our lives it will radiate out to others. Listen and be encouraged to Love More than Words. Pastor Chris Teien
- The Incredible Value of the Local Church 01/28/2019 2:00 AMSome people think they can be tight with Jesus and not be part of the church, not realizing the church is bride of Christ. The Church is God's Plan and He desires that all His children are part of a local church family where relationships are built, faith grows, Spiritual gifts are used and the community is impacted. Listen and be encouraged to plug in to the local church and be on a great team. Pastor Chris Teien
- Equipped to Share the Life Changing Gospel out of the Overflow 01/21/2019 1:00 AMAs Christians we all know we should share our faith but inner fear and outer distractions keep us from accomplishing that task. If we pour ourselves into God’s Word, experience a true and saving relationship with Jesus Christ, and are filled with the Holy Spirit we won’t be able to not share the Good News with all those around us. Be encouraged to share new life through Jesus as your faith life overflows into the lives of everyone around you. Pastor Chris Teien
- Empowered by the Living and Active Word of God 01/14/2019 1:00 AMIf you want to enjoy life and fulfill God’s purpose you need to be empowered by God’s living and active Word. Be encouraged to dig into God’s Word and experience God speaking into your life giving you resources to make an eternal difference in the world. Pastor Chris Teien
- Following Jesus Boldly 01/06/2019 11:00 PMIs it time to commit or recommit your life to fully following Jesus? He offers a chance for you to start over and live a life of purpose and meaning. Don’t let the stuff the world offers get in the way and don’t be discouraged that Jesus followers you will serve alongside are less than perfect. Imagine how your life would be different if you boldly followed Jesus today. Following Jesus may be the most successful thing you do in this life. Pastor Chris Teien
- Starting Over: The God of “nth” Chances 12/31/2018 1:00 AMIn mathematics “n” is often used to represent any number – when one talks of something to the “nth degree” they are referring to an infinitely large degree. At the end of John’s Gospel we find Peter in a private conversation with Jesus. It is the third time Jesus has shown himself to the disciples. He doesn’t chastise Peter for His failure. He doesn’t punish him, but He asks Peter, “Do you love me” three times. Come and learn about our gracious and merciful Savior, and how He is not focused on our failures but our His relationship with us, and our mission. The new year is a great time to start over with Jesus, even if we are walking strong. Pastor Dan Jetto
- The One Gift that Lasts Forever brings Joy to the World 12/24/2018 2:00 AMJesus is a gift that just keeps giving! He has left one gift that lasts forever – have you received it? This gift may not always bring temporary happiness but it can fill you with the Joy of the Lord. Some wise men traveled from afar to visit baby Jesus and Simeon waited his whole life to see Jesus because they knew we needed this gift. The Apostle John wrote things down in his epistle so that we could know that we have this gift. Listen and be encouraged to unwrap and celebrate the true gift of Christmas. Pastor Chris Teien

Yet that doesn’t mean we check out of this life today and coast along to the end. Producing high quality fruit can require great strategy and lots of labor. The Bible teaches Christ-followers to plant seeds and bear fruit to make a difference in others lives.
